FirstLight Home Care of Sandy Springs is hiring NOW! We're looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers ready to support seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the holiday season and beyond.

Pay, Schedules & Benefits

Pay: Up to $18/hour for experienced caregivers
Premium Pay: Time-and-a-half for weekends, holiday eves & holidays
Weekly Pay + Paid Orientation & Training
$250–$500 Caregiver Referral Bonuses
Flexible Hours: 4 to 40+ hours per week
Shifts: 4, 8, or 12 hours
Schedules: Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends & Holidays
Positions: PRN, Part-Time & Full-Time

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, one-on-one care for seniors and adults living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, limited mobility, and physical disabilities.

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
Provide companionship, dementia support, and medication reminders.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily activities.
Promote independence, dignity, and safety in the home.

What We're Looking For

CNA, PCA, or HHA certification, or an active LPN/RN license
Experience caring for seniors or adults with disabilities
Dependable, compassionate, professional, and reliable
Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Priority Hiring: Caregivers with consistent availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
